Ziplet 10 Day Challenge
Terms and Conditions

  1. This competition commences at 9 am EST from the 1st Monday of every calendar month (excluding January) for 10 business days, or 12 days total (‘Promotional Period’). Taking part in this competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. The promoter of the competition is Loop Platform (trading as Ziplet) ACN 610 813 548 (‘Promoter’), Level 19, 567 Collins St, Melbourne, 3000.
  3. To enter, persons must accept invitation in the Ziplet web application to participate in the upcoming challenge.
  4. This competition is only open to registered Ziplet users with a teacher role.
  5. Participants may register and participate in unlimited challenges, but may only win 1st prize in 1 challenge per calendar year.
  6. The prizes are GiftPay e-gift cards: 1st Place is $150, 2nd Place is $75, 3rd Place is $50.
  7. There will be 3 winners for each month's competition. The3 participants with the most responses during the Promotional Period will receive a prize via email.
  8. The winner will be notified via their email address in writing within three business days of the completion of the Promotional Period
  9. Loop Platform and associated agencies accept no responsibility for loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the promotion.
  10. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The winners accept the prize ‘as is’ and acknowledge that Loop Platform accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. The winner should seek advice from the Australian Tax Office or their own taxation adviser or independent financial adviser.
  11. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter’s decision is final.
  12. Directors and employees of Loop Platform including their immediate families, its agencies and companies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter
  13. These terms of competition shall be governed by the laws of Victoria and each entrant agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Victoria.
